Every candy is made from a family receipe. All of the products are made from the freshest and finest ingredients. Only real butter and cream are used. There are no mixes, cans, and machines. There is no preservative, additives and shelf extenders.
Our cooking process allows us to give all the fudge and candies the individual attention that machine and mass production cannot.The candy makers are capable of producing up to 550-700 lbs per day.
The fudge is made the old fashioned way hand stirred, poured, creamed and molded. It is cooked in copper kettles and then poured on marble slabs, to cool. When the fudge is cooled enough, the bars are removed and the creaming process begins. The fudge is then worked on the marble table and creamed to perfection. After the creaming is done, it is them put in molds to set. The cooling process takes 24 hours at room temperature.
We cook all the candy in copper kettles because the heat is dispersed evenly. This eliminates “hot spots” that can scorch the candy.
The marble is a genuine natural stone, used to draw the heat from the candy, the creaming technique is to whip and put air into the candy. This process removes the dry & grainy texture and makes the candy creamy and smooth. To create the melt in your mouth texture.

Product Care
FUDGE: Our fudge may be kept in the original seal able package. Always keep the fudge in an airtight container or reseal able bag. Store in the fridge to keep the moisture.
FREEZING FUDGE: fudge freezes very well. Place candy in an airtight reseal bag and freeze up to 12 months. When unthawing the candy, let the fudge come to room temperature before opening the seal of the bag.
CARAMEL APPLES: To guarantee freshness, we handcraft each apple only when ordered and not before.
CANDY APPLES: To guarantee freshness, we hand craft each apple only when ordered and not before. Do not refrigerate.
GOURMET SWEETS: The gourmet sweets may be kept in the original sealable package. Store at room temperature.Refridgerate to keep chocolate cold. |
